Piles - not going after suppository/cream

In July I started getting problems with what I think are piles. Told gp who advised use wet wipes, then told nurse who prescribed scheriproct suppositories and cream. This settled it a bit but then they were back to the same feeling in about two weeks.

I’ve now used the creams and suppositories for another week and whilst improved still uncomfortable.

I don’t have constipation at all but I do have ibs which is why I think I got them as using the toilet a lot. Gp advised to eat fibre, drink water etc and I do all these things.

Gp won’t make appointment for me to be seen as they say that there is no need however i just want my bottom to stop being sore

Any advice to get rid of these?

im 5 weeks postpartum and still suffering massively since labour!!! Exhausted all medications; creams, suppositories, two different gp prescribed laxatives, ice, baths. I am at a loss for how to make it stop hurting and bleeding when I go!

That sounds horrific Chab.
Hope you get some relief soon

It's bad enough without having just pushed a baby out. Take care
