I have a third head growing under my arm! Please help- photo attached

So this bad boy has appeared! Photo doesn't quite show how big it is! Probably like a one pence piece kind of size! It's so painful and every time I move my arm I feel it! Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Is it on your arm or in the armpit. Is it red and hot. Is it hard or squishy. Have you shaved your armpits. Just trying to imagine what it looks loke.
