Eating a whole bag of grapes usually does the trick for me.

Also soft eating liquorice from health food shops.

Didn't poo for about 12 days when pregnant with ds2.

Glycerine suppositories eventually did the trick.

I hope she hasn't been crushed under the weight of a massive evacuation.

Ok I know this is gross but I woke up with really bad tummy ache, just got to the loo in time and now (after 5 yes 5 visits to the loo) I feel sooooooooo much better. (Each visit to the loo was easier)

Fell much lighter as well,

Do you think it was the beetroot??

piuh! We can breathe, Kimi has gone! Well done girl!

Could have been the beetroot, could have been the combination. Keep drinking probiotics, though...

I have no idea what caused it, not really changed my diet or anything like that (did not go mad in Greece).

Hope it does not happen again, will eat more fibre, I promise

The one guarantee to help me or keep me regular is weetabix.
I know babies who always have weetabix for breakfast go horrendously!!
It works every time for me - within a couple of hours - max!!

Trina - Oh is that why my DS always usually produces so well just after his breakfast?
Kimi, er, congratulations I was going to advise you pop over to the thread about the 'heartwarming' story because reading it certainly worked on my innards
