Welcome one and all - its 9.30 and alls well. Well I've had no breakfast so here's where it gets difficult, this is my cup of tea and biscuit time to reward myself for nightmare morning /school run. So off to make some toast instead - oh bugger, no marmalade either!
Welcome Donk and Kaloo, best of luck everyone. Will be back later to monitor progress - one day at a time...

Thanks for the tips desiderata , good for losing weight i'm sure. must try drinking more water to curb sugar and alcohol desires.....oooh....drool...so glad i'm still drinking....couldn't function without

I've not done too badly - mostly because DH ate all the biscuits.......
This thread has given me the willpower to avoid the caked downstairs. Thanks!
(I'm assuming fresh fruit is ok!)

Been good today on spite of the weather, sugar cravings receding again at least. Will start new thread tomorrow...2nd week and counting....
