tips for bringing on a period

i cannot bear this wait anymore

into the second week of half term and i am at my wits end - need to be rid of this pms and feel normal

i am on day 35 now which is long even for me - any tips on how to encourage the menses...old wives tales welcome

Book yourself a fantastic night out (or go on holiday but there is perhaps not quite enough time for that), and decide to wear your white trousers and boogie all night. That should do it.

they are all over the place, this month it came 5 days early and by day 5 (today) i felt so ill and washed out i slept until 2pm!
