After having felt completely grim for over 2 weeks, I threw myself at the mercy of my local health food shop and was sold this and this

I started taking them on Friday, felt like I had been hit by a brick yesterday and then today....

......I feel fantastic, the best I have felt for weeks

I want to go out and do stuff but dp has banned me and says I have to stay in and rest

but seriously, if anyone is suffering with persistent colds and stuff and feeling rundown, I would SO recommend these two things

(you may of course wait to see if I drop dead in the course of the week)

don't faint at the prices but if it gets you from feeling shite to feeling fab I reckon it is a bargain

Aaaargh becky don't add ants from your garden to the previous lot, they will kill one another

you'll have to start all over

respect to your ds for being sad, btw

he's a credit to you

No, no - I know that. Don't want any carnage!

Ds is hugely into animals. He cried when I told him what 'endangered species' meant. I am waiting for the vegetarian request...

He is lovely

FrannyandZooey · 03/06/2007 17:04

If you would like a swop, mine is veggie but goes around pretending to be a tiger and saying "I am going to hunt some PREY so I can eat some fresh MEAT"

and says "I like to look at dead things, it is really interesting."

That's excellent. It worked quickly too.

(Sorry, I meant a TCR "temporary cleansing reaction").

FrannyandZooey · 03/06/2007 20:30

oh thank the lord you came back I was wondering about it all afternoon

erm I think I may have had a TCR but I won't go into details unless begged

OP posts:
lionheart · 03/06/2007 20:38

Well, I won't beg but I'll try to get my abbreviation right next time.

foxinsocks · 03/06/2007 20:40

no, no, no, no, NOooooooo

it all makes sense now

the metal headed toilet cleaning devices, scratches on the pan.....

FrannyandZooey · 03/06/2007 20:41

ooh sorry norah

I do tend to take your name in vain fairly frequently

fox that was NOTHING to do with me, that was entirely dp's doing

OP posts:
lionheart · 03/06/2007 21:29

Oh my word.

FrannyandZooey · 03/06/2007 21:30

[sheepish smile]

Now it's starting to sound a little olde worlde, like the vapours or misaligned humours, or something.
