Thank you for thinking of me paula - was really tempted to go and buy some cigarettes from the petrol garage on the journey there(even though I dont smoke), I ground my teeth & wiggled my feet all the way there!

cathcart · 13/05/2007 21:40

Hilllary · 13/05/2007 21:51

hi Cathcart Yes thank goodness, really felt awful, only need to combat getting them again - easier said than done.

I will never be without rescue remedy again.

How much of it can I take?? Does anyone know?

Youcan't od on it.Get some aconite too from boots and take that hourly if its really bad.I have been holding on to the bed at times as I feel i will fall off.

Hilllary · 13/05/2007 22:06

Oh gosh! I will go out to boots & Health shop tomorrow and get kitted out, It says you can buy it in a spray form so will have a look out for it.

hope things feel better now and you got some remedies
sounds like you've really been through a lot of bad times and heartache lately so it's not surprising that your body is reacting like this - look after yourself

monkeymonkeymoomoo · 15/05/2007 10:47

Might be worth getting checked out for Labyrinthitis (an inner ear infection) if you are getting bad swirly dizzy spells?

Hilllary · 15/05/2007 16:06

Thank you for the referal to the herbal remedies, I will ask the dr about inner ear infection see what he says. The rescue remedy has really helped, I have bought it in every form, the sweets, the spray and the drops, am having alot of it as I have permanent terrible anxiety, it reminds me of morphene gives you that couldnt care less feeling!!

Thank you so much for your support, didnt realise how terrifying pannic attacks were.
