they do sell it in Boots, but it is now 6pm! Do you have a Boots on a late night retail park anywhere near you? You mentioned Tesco's, I'm sure they sell it in our local one. Wish I could bring some round for you!

cathcart · 12/05/2007 18:05

have to bath dd now hills, back soon x

Hilllary · 12/05/2007 18:05

No we have no late night shops here only tescos, I just called them and they didnt know what I was talking about, maybe waitrose is open, dont want to trapes around though. I wish you could too honey

tesco will have it and get some camomile tea aswell while you're there.I find telling myself it is just something unpleasant I ahve to go through helps. It has never killed anyone but it is very unpleasant and will pass.Has anything happened recently that could be on your mind even subconsciously.

Hilllary · 12/05/2007 18:23

Too much noddy, too much.

Are you sure tescos do it? They didnt know what I was talking about, mind you they are hopless on customer service desk.

noddyholder · 12/05/2007 18:29

Is it anything you can talk about on here?Sometimes the daftest things set them off.We started looking a bit further afield than europe for a holiday and because of my health I think I got scared and it has been on my mind but I didn't say anything as I didn't want to disappoint dp and ds I think that started mine.

Hilllary · 12/05/2007 18:34

Oh noddy, It would take me forever to describe one week of my life, beyond help I'm afraid. I have a rather intense eating disorder, brought on by a bad childhood and bad experiences. Have fled violent xp and now live in secret. Never ending.

I even hate myself so much I have to shower with a t-shirt on

OP posts:
Hilllary · 12/05/2007 18:35

Cathcart I can just see you with a laptop in the bathroom, typing away whilst your dd splashes in the bath

cathcart · 12/05/2007 19:56

good luck hills, keep us in mind if you need to talk x

maximummummy · 12/05/2007 22:20

hi hilllary - sorry didn't reply b4 you left for your sisters
the aconite remedy i mentioned is just very small tablets i think they are chalk(?)with a very diluted ammount of aconite on them so i think anyone can take them. You can get them from health food shops and they do homoeopathic remedies in Boots too

rescue remedy has various flower dilutions in a brandy base (so you can't use this if you are a recovering alcholic)it is very usefull to have in the first aid box or even in your handbag

i think that if you could afford to a weekly session with a healer/reiki/aroma therepist would really help you

i am really not a right on hairy lentil weaver but i found these things have helped me over the years.

paulaplumpbottom · 12/05/2007 22:55

Are you still up? How are you feeling?
