Breast lump !

Morning lovely ladies.
On friday I found a lump at the base of my right breast .. I’ve had a cyst before and this feels TOTALLY different.
I’m consumed with panic, I have a beautiful, darling, amazing 7 month old!
Phoning the GP tomorrow, should I ask for a same day appointment ? Routine appointments take 4-6 weeks at my surgery.
Feel sick with worry!

Well, it's my appointment tomorrow... I'm feeling nervous but relieved that it's finally here. These past two weeks have felt like a lifetime I'll post tomorrow and let you know how I go on x

Had my appointment - all clear. Had a mammogram and they said I have denser tissue in one breast so absolutely nothing to worry about

I found a lump on the 27th, saw the GP on Wed and was phoned with an appointment on 16th

So that's pretty quick - I'd feel better if the GP hadn't said my boob felt weird....and that he'd not felt one like that before

It's reassuring to talk to people going through the same (haven't told family yet)

OP did you ever find out what the lump was?
