Had it removed fri, still in horrendous pain, been doing the salt water etc.
Tmi probably - but there was white bits in the wound so I scraped them out and now it smells/tastes awful Blush
A friend mentioned dry socket but it's only been 2 days? Should I watch and wait?

I rang the dentist in Fishguard who done the extraction out of desperation.
He's a private practise but explained that the other dentist said to buy sage leaves to put in the wound and was shocked!
He's seeing me for free at 11:50, asked on Facebook to see is anyone driving that way that I could pay petrol money, if not I'll get a taxi.
Willing to do anything to get this sorted!
Hope you get on ok today and recover in time for hols

What a relief! Yes much better to bung someone a tenner. Good luck.

He cleaned the wound and dressed it, bad infection too so have another set antibiotics to try (have lupus so shit immune system!)
Have to go back daily until it's sorted.
Still painful but not as bad!
Hope yours is easing

Finally! Are you going to be able to get there every day? I've been in terrible pain since my repacking. She was digging around with her tweezers. Pain subsiding three hours later. She said it's healing but slowly. You must feel so relieved.

I'm going to get a few buses to get there and plan the route out and work it around DC.
Oh no! The digging around bit is horrible.
Yes relief was instant, have pain but it's not excruciating like before!
