The book I based my diet on is very carefu to give you an all round healthy diet with everything you need for nutrtion. I have inked this book. I read this book, and followed it so you will fidn that you do not need to worry about my diet.

I agree with you beety. Having read two of his books the juices do in fact provide everything you need. It not a long term diet just a start to being healthier.

The 14 day turbo charge one includes a proper but healthy evening meal.

Infact this has made me want to re-read the book and get back into a bit of juicing. The turbo charged smoothie is great. i was having it for breakfast and lunch then a normal evening meal.
