how to put weight on

hi im just wondering if anyone knows what the best things are to eat to put on weight . after having 4 kids iv lost more weight each time some ppl might think this is great but its really not . i used to be about 9 half stone now im just over 8 .i hate seeing bones and ribs sticking out . i have no bum and no boobs .so any suggestions would be greatfull

boiled eggs on toast every morning put weight on me
and going on a rowing machine for half an hour a day

Just be careful that you do it with healthy food rather than junk food. How is your dd doing?

oh yeah shes being refered to hospital they think its more of a phycological thing rather than a problem going .

i tried this rapid weight gain milkshake drink . after a few days it gave me bad guts . it was too rich .i eat probebly more than most ppl but i think im eating the wrong things

im interested in this, my DF is almost 6ft and just over 10 stone, hes stick thin, but eats like a pig and a horse combined!

i eat lots of junk food chocolate / crisps anything thats quick to eat .

my dp found that when he swopped from junk to a reasonably healthy diet and ate regular meals (neither of which he did before) he managed to get himself up to a healthy weight.

i get up and have chocolate sounds bad but if i dont i feel faint . then ill have toast . mid morning ill have a few bags of crisps more chocolate . pick little one up from school and have beans on toast . then more biscuits crisps . then for dinner potatos peas carrots meat . at night more junk food

i know how u feel jajas ppl think its great to be skinny but its so not . the rapid weight gain i got is very high in sugar

the worst thing is being told your anorexic just because ur thin . i get called a skinny cow all the time like pl think its ok to say that . makes me mad
