Dd is fast asleep and has been having a nightmare. She is 3. Her temp is 94.4. The house isn't particularly warm adn she has Vallergan for her excema. Should I do anything like take her to hospital?

doh - i should have read whole thread. sorry . Hope dd all ok. Ds is in bed with tonsillitis (been dragging on now for over 2 weeks). There are alot of bugs going round esp with the mild weather we were having.

Sorry to be scaremonger but its so worrying isnt it.
I have a house rule for all mine that when they reach 40 they go in as they are all prone to the febrile convulsions.
Always feel much safer in hosp even if its for 24 hrs.

DS woke a few times in the night with a temperature of 39.8
Just topped him up with medicine yet again and will be phoning the dr soon.
I thought he would be excited about the snow, he looked out of the window and just flopped back down onto the bed.

She's right as rain this morning but I am not
I'm shattered as I was up most of the night checking on her and dozing for the rest of it. lol

I just back from the drs, DS has pneumonia At least he is on antibiotics straight away so will hopefully begin to improve. The Dr wants to see us again on Friday.

Glad you have a diagnosis kid although that your ds has pneumonia. Hopefully he will begin to improve now

Pixie glad Dd is better so your knackered it's always the way though isn't it, hope you both get some sleep tonight.
