I can't seem to link from my phone but if you Google homeopathic hospital and NHS the second link I got was about the hospitals.

A gp friend told me about it as she was telling me about a friend of hers who was a former gp and became a homeopath! in my mind I'd imagined GPS wouldn't!

I think it goes to prove that there is a lot of psychosomatic illness around which it helps with.

Try telling someone their illness is psychosomatic and you will get short shrift.

Imv if homeopathy/ acupuncture/ reiki / speaking to a nice friendly doctor cures your psychosomatic illness then they are all saving the nhs money.

If you ban some these treatments you will have 'ill' people trailing back and forward for tests and treatments in the NHS forever - costing the tax payer millions. I'm all for psychosomatic cures.

I think we only tolerate homoeopathy as far as we do because most people who use it do in fact turn to conventional medicine when there is something seriously wrong. It's scary when you have family members who are fervent homoeopaths and will not take themselves or their children for conventional medicine even in significantly threatening situations [bitter experience emoticon].
