Sorry TC, every time a Mooncup thread comes up I wonder whether other women can do this, as I've read/heard about this several times in the past, but have never managed with mine.

Your finger wouldn't go any further!

I've been told that it should feel a bit like touching the end of your nose, only firmer.

don't midwives see how many fingers they can get in to guess how far you've dialated? (this sounds so yucky)

yes, more so at certain times of the month than others. I have a very low cervix or so I've been told.
