Twiglett DH is clinical negligence lawyer and comes across a lot of bizarre things - he had an amazing client who had very severe AS who he used to tell me about.

Just wanted to post to say I was thinking of you, twiglett. Don't have any advice either, but sounds like that's not what you really need right now anyway. Remember that to take care of the other people you love effectively, you first have to take care of yourself. hugs
