I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

Is there anything in my diet I need to eat/avoid to help me feel better?

TIA

Hi.

Sorry your feeling pants. I know the feeling of juggling but I refuse to give up my job as it keeps me sane.

Re diet. I do need to change mine as feel I'm eating to much junk.

What are you considering changing?

I know what you mean about your job MrsD. I like my job and I like the fact that I earn money but last year I didn't have much work at all (I do freelance type work) and my health was so much better. But that was only working a couple of hours a week so not very practical really.

I've never tried changing my diet but people often say that a wheat free diet has helped so maybe it's worth trying. I did kind of try today but wheat free is going to take more organising than I thought Sad

I don't know how I would cope with wheat free as I love bread, especially toasted bagels.
