So when does the training start?! Im tempted to have a relaxing weekend and go for it on monday.... possibly tuesday?!

They don't send a training schedule anymore.. stoppedl ast year apparently. I just did it last year with no training. Ran most of it.. but walked a little way every time I got a stitch! I was no racing as such.. just wanted to do it.. and raise the money.

I am in Lordswood, nr Chatham. I was thinking about trying out the Capstone Park one in Gillingham. Rather hilly though!

My sister did the Flora Light with me and she can't make the date of the Gillingham one. I suppose I could run it "alone" (well along with all the other women) but it is nice to have someone along side...or even up the front waiting for you to pant by!!

DH came up to London with our DS to cheer us on, but we didn't take Amelia. Getting her major buggy on and off the train would have worn me out before I'd even got there.

That's part of the reason I thought Capstone. as it's close enough for the whole family to go.

well still 5 months to go, and im already half way to my fundraising target! Thanks girls x

Training starts next week as have been hit by this virus thats going around this week, so havent eaten or slept much at all. Did manage to get into town yesterday, bought some running clothes in the sale at JJB and a pedometer and stop watch! All set to go now, just need to shake this bug!

Dingle.. I am doing Capstone Farm too! Friend's mum signed us up! Would be happy to run with you or miles behind you, as the case is likely to be because runner I am not!!!
