I know Pie reads Mumsnet but isn't yet posting again....
She is doing really well but has the baby blues.... I thought WE chould send her messages of love... A lot of you do know what she has been through and your words of wisdom she'll appreciate.
Anastacia is really lovely and feeding well. Pie's SPD is quite painful again.

I am sending her lots of cyber hugs {{{{{{ {}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

You don't need to take Anastacia out to show her off - we've all seen the picture - and she's genuinely beautiful. Love to see more! Sorry you feel bad. You really have been through the mill with this pregnancy. But the hormonal blip will pass, and one day this horrible SPD pain will fade too. Everyone's got everything crossed it happens sooner rather than later.

Pie, what a lot of pain you've had to put up with. You are so brave and have just got on with it. I hope the worst is over. Your tears are healing ones, I am sure.

love tigermoth xx

Just to say that I'm feeling more positive today, I have been reading the threads and its really helped to 'lift me out' of the place I was in a few days ago.

am on the pain killers too, so maybe I just on a druggie high

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you everyone.

BTW yes I am EATING again, big time, spent yesterday eating prawns, pate and salami. DH is greatly enjoying putting food in my hand every 5 minutes

Glad you are feeling a bit better today pie

bossykate · 10/10/2003 20:51

well, pie, i think you are fkg great! i have been marvelling at what you have gone through, i'm not surprised you haven't been feeling all that.

i had a perfectly "normal" pregnancy and i loathed most of it!

really hope you are feeling much better soon. you are a marvel!

ANGELMOTHER · 10/10/2003 21:14

Chin up Pie this will all be a distant memory soon, thoughts are with you

Rhubarb · 10/10/2003 21:15

Pie, I really really hope things improve for you. I'm feeling blue too! Just take one day at a time and don't be afraid to ask your midwife for extra help, my CPN is lovely and it's nice to have someone to express all my fears too, as dh is often sick of hearing about it all!
My thoughts really do go out to you. x
