Hi ladies :)

Here's my tuppence. My LO is 18 months and I think I'm just getting fatter and I don't even care!! I tell myself it's because we're still nursing and my hormones are all about being cosy and baby focused.....whaddya think?

Will I ever get my mojo back? I've got zero motivation but I'm only a short thing so I really can't afford the weight.

REALLY need one of those miracle diets where you don't diet at all. Dunno why no-one's come up with that yet......

TotalChaos · 18/02/2011 22:23

Muddled sounds like you arent quite ready to diet yet tbh, like you are almost there but not quite. And you do need the mojo as without motivation its hard to refuse biscuits, creamcakes etc. What does motivate you right now for lifestyle change, more fruit/veg/organc/home cooked?

muddledmamma · 18/02/2011 22:29

Hi TotalChaos - you sound like me :)

...sigh.....really nothing much motivates me at all. I did have a burst of enthusiasm a couple of weeks ago and increased my exercise with the babba in the buggy but what can I say? I fell off that damn wagon!

Seriously though, I know for health reasons I need to start paying attention. I'm 38 next bday and family health history is a bit dodgy though thankfully I've been fine up to now)

LO still isn't sleeping through yet so I guess I'm pretty tired which may explain why I'm not bothered.

Eek. I know I'm no picture in the bedroom either so I oughta either invest in expensive lingerie or just pull myself together ;)

muddledmamma · 18/02/2011 22:30

eating cheese & drinking wine

there is no hope lol

Yeah with the round the clock bfing no wonder motivation is hard to find. Just baby steps right now, ginger nuts instead of cream filled biscuits, more fruit and veg and more buggy walks when weather picks up

Morning, tis me, Mouse.

Well house guest has fucked off gone Grin

Date night here tonight. 6 years of being together, my longest EVER relationship, not one row, not one abusive word, not one slap. Just love and respect.

Actually, it's quite sad that I expected violence and abuse isn't it. Sad

Anyway - hello to MM Smile

Dubs - sorry CDWM was crap but I'm glad you're not dead Grin

SAF - mwah lovely lady.

Wolf has poo ishoos - sending DH out to get other food today, I think he has a wheat intolerance. Wolf, not DH.

Nemo had a better night, was asleep by 10 for the first time in days.

DD is now on half term so I'm hoping for a dry day so we can go SITC style shopping Smile

Cold and wet here.

Nice.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 19/02/2011 10:37

Hola

How are we all? DC slept until 8, unheard of at the weekend.

Hey MM Smile

Bri, I have seen quarantine, have Rec sat here waiting to be watched. We saw Devil last night, I quite enjoyed it, not too hollywood.
