Well, no more chocolate, cheese, cake or crack pies for this Mouse. Sad

Time to shift the wobbly bits, firm up your tits Grin body and get healthier as you do.

We're using lots of different methods between us all - Wii Fit, FoodFocus, changing our diet, exercising more, quiting smoking and booze.....

Why not join us? Smile

Hey all, tried to sleep but couldn't. Definitely not pregnant but very crampy Sad

Off to change beds and sort dinner. Rock and Fucking Roll.

Mouseface · 16/01/2011 16:22

Bitter - I'msure we're around two weeks apart so that's about right for you. Sorry you feel crampy Sad

Bed here today too. Nemo has his physio first thing in the morning, builder is back and I'm sure that I have forgotten something else.

Gah!

Head like a thingy, you know a whatdyamcallit? One of those erm, drainer type things...... Grin

I have had a shedload of painkillers and a plateful of roast pork, roast potatoes, carrots and fairy cabbages. And a Twirl.

I am feeling a bit better, will go and have a cup of tea.

Mouseface · 16/01/2011 18:43

{sad] Bitter. I hate period pains, mine are getting worse each month so I'm glad the doc gave me something for them this time.

Thanks for kicking my arse about it too!

I'm excited about the weigh in, if I'm 10st or under, I'll be a happy Mouse.

Need to start exercising gently, build up my core strength.

Hardly ate any dinner. Didn't fancy it once I cooked it.

I cn't complain, I only get them once or twice a year, but when I do, I seem to get them bad.

I will decline from weighing in, I'm going to give myself a couple of weeks of getting fatter then tackle the diet once I am a more established non smoker.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/01/2011 18:59

But tell me about your imaginary boyfriend, sounds interesting Grin

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/01/2011 19:01

Or, you know, spend some quality time with him and neglect me.

I am off soon to watch with DH, but am ridiculously excited about the Barn Dance.

Are we meeting up this week?

Mouseface · 16/01/2011 19:08

Grin at imaginary boyfriend.

I'm here, not ignoring you SAF. Did you not get any sleep last night?

You must be bloody knackered.

Bitter - once or twice a YEAR!!!???? Fecking hell. I'd love for that to be the case here.

Well, you are obviously having a lovely time with the delicious Naveen.

Catch up later x

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/01/2011 19:11

Mouse, it is like I get a years worth of pain at once though. It honestly feels like labour pains when you are 4 or 5cm dilated.

*Disclaimer - DD was an easy birth, so other people's experience of birth may be more painful, I'm not trying to be melodramatic Grin

Mouseface · 16/01/2011 19:22

Horrid births, bith times, induced.

Yuk and OUCH! Grin

Mouseface · 16/01/2011 19:30
