Nemo had a really bad night, screaming abdabs again. Like he was scared of something in the bedroom. It took me ages to get him to settle.

Then he fell out of our bed, onto a pillow, but didn't wake up, he just cried. Poor little dude.

Builder ripping my kitchen apart.

No sleep but no hangover so it's not all bad.

I didn't think CP blisters 'burst' as such, just crusted over.

Dubs, I am knackered as well. We are all up coughing all night.

Ham roll and the last of the quality street

OMG - just been in the kitchen to grab a bag of crisps and there is rubble dust EVERYWHERE!

In my cupboards, sink, oven and grill. All over the dishes, plates, glasses, in the food cupboard too.

I am going to be a tad busy when DH gets back.

Lamb casserole with rice. Choc sponge pudding and custard. I'm still peckish.
