10 stone 4lbs. Not as bad as I thought and
my period arrived this morning so should help to shed a few pounds.

Nothing to eat so far. Just coffee.

Poppy has already had the Pox Saf. Put porridge oats in the foot of a pair of tights and hang it under the tap when you run his bath. Then whack some baking powder in. Helps the itching.

I have taken DS to have his haircut and then I conked out on the sofa.

I just don't like mustard. There's not much I won't eat but I can't stand mustard apart from American mustard. Which let's face it is just yellow ketchup.

Silly question - is a slow cooker electric? When I do a casserole, I use the gas oven and it takes 3 hours.

Is it cheaper to get a slow cooker??

Yes mouse, slow cooker uses the same electric as leaving a 40 watt bulb on.

G'wan, get one. They are ever so cheap and you can bung stuff in in the mornng and come home to dinner cooked for you.

Really? Good God. I'm sold.

4-6 on high, 6-8 on med and 8-10 on low. Always best to do everything for as long as poss on the lowest heat, works best for me. Off to work Lushies, then DS is back at school tomorrow
