I have to say that bacon is the one thing I can't not have with a cooked breakfast.

Bacon egg and beans for me. Everything else is a bonus.

Mmmm Dee, Have you tried doing bacon in the oven between two baking sheets? It's so crispy it crumbles.

I do it like that when I am making my famous potato salad.

I will make you some in the summer. It's better on the second day.
