Where babies come from?

Flossam · 15/09/2005 20:19

That you should give pain relief when your child has a temperature and is in pain.

LadyTophamHatt · 15/09/2005 20:19

labour hurts.

compo · 15/09/2005 20:20

oh yes I think we can. All umsnetters think giving coke from a bottle to a baby is wrong

compo · 15/09/2005 20:20

lol at umsnetters!!

Flossam · 15/09/2005 20:20

Unless you were on a desert island and it was that or salt water....

Lonelymum · 15/09/2005 20:21

No Flossam, there is a school of thought that says you should not reduce a temperature as it is the body's natural way of killing viruses.

Fimbo · 15/09/2005 20:21

We couldn't survive without Mumsnet?

RTKangaMummy · 15/09/2005 20:22

That our OWN children are the most gorgeous children in the world

aloha · 15/09/2005 20:22

Some people don't think labour hurts!

I think coke in a bottle is the ONLY thing. Really.

SenoraPostrophe · 15/09/2005 20:23

labour´s a doddle.

Lonelymum · 15/09/2005 20:24

That this thread should be in parenting and not health?

Nightynight · 15/09/2005 20:24

All babies need milk of some sort, and some sleep during any 72 hour period, though said milk and sleep may but does not necessarily have to occur at regular intervals.

Babies thrive on some form of milk.

Flossam · 15/09/2005 20:44

LM - I'm a nurse I know that which is why I also said 'in pain'!
