Well, I'm just here for the banter and a chance to talk bollox, and we also do weight loss, WATER drinking (I'm the 'ficcial water monitor, and I have a badge), and heart to hearts..

I am the Mittz(not Mitts), I need to lose about 10lb, but get my head straight in the process..

Alice - my personal belief is that if you can't be selfish when about to pop, well you are missing a golden opportunity to milk it for as much as it's worth

Crispy - I have ryvita with either marmalade or olive sterol spread (flora activ). Not that I would recommend sterol spread to anyone without high cholesterol, but at least I can convicne myself it's healthy

Am Pj'd up here too Double after a lovely soak in the bath. Would have been a longer soak if DH hadn't used up most of the hot water for his shower

Poor you having to eat that stuff TC. Even on a diet i have to have proper unsalted butter. But then i am probably in denial about cholesterol as have never had the need to have it checked. How was yours discovered?

Exactly do you know i actually think i have been fairly good humoured about being in late pregnancy, but today i woke up fed up and decided the baby needs to come out!

Crispy - my blood pressure was borderline high, obviously nothing to do with me being 5 stone overweight so the GP wanted my kidney function checked, and ticked the cholesterol box too. The nurses I worked with happily told me how if I was one of their patients, they would have put me on diureitcs for the BP(!) I am v. grateful, as the cholesterol issue kicked my arse into shifting the weight!

My bloodpressure is weird, can be very high, but they think it is white coat syndrome. Hopefully though your levels will stabilise as the weight comes off? How are you doing with it BTW?

As long as the vesty thing is not a washed out grey, i reckon you look fab Double. Would ditch the red stilleto's next time though
