SAF - i can see what you mean, but (and i mean this in the nicest possible way, and as i am heavily pg you cannot get cross with me ) Do you think you are making excuses because they have upset you? You seem (from what i read on here) to be making excuses a lot to stop you going out and i think you need to get out and about, stretch your comfort zone and sod the ironing

Sunshine? where? none here. it has even tried to rain. we have had to have the lights on most of the day it has been that dark and dismal.

Know what you mean re- manipulation saf. Its a bastard really. emotional blackmail is pita. Sometimes that is basically what it amounts to with guilt tripping. I am so lucky i can completely speak my mind with my mother and I can basically tell her to fuck off if she is trying to control. We might negogiate but manipulation is rare these days. She was a bugger for it when i was younger.

We have a fabulous deal going on atm. I am doing major heavy lifting/clearing and cleaning for her she has dissappeared my ironing pile. I love her for that i hate ironing. The heavy stuff hurts her bad back so it is a good deal.

It's been gorgeous here all day, as soon as I read your post A&D I realised it was raining. Washing not soaked through though.
I hate laundry. I don't even consider ironing atm.
