So, our 1,000,000,000 and who knows what thread!

All diet and exercise plans welcome, let's support each other and talk about sex healthy eating!

So, to recap, I'm LV, and so far I've lost approx 6lbs with many more to go

I have had chicken soup and bread and then a smoothie lolly for lunch.

Have done bugger all today, (ish), but will be going out for a walk later, even is this fine rain.

TrillianAstra · 22/07/2010 13:09

Half red cabbage half white cabbage Norma.

Vinnny · 22/07/2010 13:11

can you believe the some cunt has my name? i tried to name change to Vinny and it would not let me

Shiney the voyer story was v.funny

what is mouse's news?

fluffy i think you should namechange to DeLumpyCunt

Vinnny · 22/07/2010 13:18

SAF your cunting ex might not want anything to do with his own ds, but he still has a finacial responsibility to support a child he helped bring into the world, get thee to the csa pronto, and dont feel bad about it

but do expect him to suddenly want to see his son, thats what my ex did, when i went to them

NormaSknockers · 22/07/2010 13:18

Ah, that explains it Trills! My Nana always puts raisins in her coleslaw

Vin how dare someone else have your name, want to me to head lock them?

Did you make the smoothie lolly Wasting?

TrillianAstra · 22/07/2010 13:19

I second that yuck.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 22/07/2010 13:21

4 altogether, 2 for the bagel, .5 for the cheese as you only need a tablespoon and enough salmon to cover is 1.5

Vinnny · 22/07/2010 13:21

Norma me thinks you are enjoying this headlocking thing a little to much

raisans in coleslaw? nah

FiveGoMadInDorset · 22/07/2010 13:31

NOrma, do you go to the meetings, if so the new cookie bars that they have are great.

wastingaway · 22/07/2010 13:38

Yes Norma, but shop bought smoothie. Mango, coconut and lime. Yummmm....

CuntMeYouCat · 22/07/2010 13:40

i love coleslaw.

saf - i felt very jk going to csa too. i think thats why exh lied for so long, he had been made redundant and was on benefits so i knew id only get £5 a week and i didnt want to take that from him so he knew i wouldnt go to the csa while he was looking for work, so kept pretending that he didnt have a job.

he got found out after 9 months through a slip up on facebook, even then he denied it for ages, i had to go to csa in end and they told me he'd been working whole time but you can't back date so he got away with it. If hed been in front of me when i found out i swear i would have attacked him, i was so upset that he could do that to dd.

cant believe that i married such a tosser that would do that to their own child. he seems to think hes having 'one over' on me, but only person it really effects is his daughter.

anyway - yes go to csa, you could put the money in an account for uni. also at least it will solve the parenting 'issue' while ds is young.

norma - have you got your package yet?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 22/07/2010 13:48

Hello, I'm not here.

I'm just having a cup of tea - has mouse told us her news yet?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 22/07/2010 13:55

I have got a recipe for a very good WW coleslaw somewhere.

LollipopViolet · 22/07/2010 14:10

I'm still waiting for the postman. This is actually a joke now. He's usually between about 10 and 12...

Anyway, had boiled egg on toast for lunch, and done 5 mins on treadmill. It's too hot in our conservatory to do more at once!

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 22/07/2010 14:16

All this talk of bagels has made me hungry again.

Just got a call back from Relate and we're going to go to a session tonight. I'm not going to discuss anything other than "trust issues". I'm a little bit terrified. Last time we went I was heavily pregnant with DD and he screwed the whole thing up. He is very different now though.

So my lovely day is turning into a visit to the GP about my crusty nose, followed by a visit to the head doctor about my stupid husband.

Anyone want to trade plans?

wastingaway · 22/07/2010 14:17

LV, did you have a read through of everyone's suggestions from last night?

Remind me later, MAK wants my retro-80s Blue Peter carrot cake recipe.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 22/07/2010 14:18

Christmas presents delivered, Tax credits renewed, Tea drunk.

Need to pack and tidy before DS finishes school then I'm done.

TrillianAstra · 22/07/2010 14:18

This one is made with not mayo but low-fat yoghurt, lemon juice, bit of olive oil and some herbs.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 22/07/2010 14:20

Good Luck for later UNO, sorry, missed your post.

I would have traded plans earlier, but I'm nearly done now.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 22/07/2010 14:21

Sounds Yum Trills.

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 22/07/2010 14:26

bitter if you're nearly done then I definitely want to trade plans

LollipopViolet · 22/07/2010 14:27

Wasting, yes I did, and you know what? I am going to lose the weight I need to, I'm going to get through the third year of uni, and then, when I'm free from deadlines and such, maybe then I'll get out there to find someone. I'm hoping to move to Manchester after uni and that's a far more vibrant place than where I am now so more things to do, more chance of meeting someone!

Just looking at trains at the moment, need to ring journeycare tomorrow and book assistance. Not too much of a problem but I'd rather we just went to the station and got a train lol but alas, that's not possible.

NormaSknockers · 22/07/2010 14:27

That's fab Fanny, very low in points! I shall get S.Salmon in my shop next week. I don't go to the meetings as I do it online but my Nana does so will ask het to get some for me (though there's a lady on eBay I buy a lot from as she works out cheaper).

Vin I am partial to a bit of head locking, came in handy with younger siblings trying to steal my chocolate....still does

Lunch was ham, salad, dollop of coleslaw & a small chunk of french bread spread with a Dairylea triangle.

Cunt, nope so parcel yet when did you send it?

Right, paddling pool is set up so I'm orf to sit in the garden with me book whilst the DC splash me each other.

bellavita · 22/07/2010 14:29

Hello

For some reason I couldn't get on to this thread at work - could get on others but this was blocked - the reason it gave was pornography!

Right, I think this thread and quite a few of the others have lost their way and we seem to be talking about other stuff far too much rather than healthy eating - which is making me not do any healthy eating as there just isn't any encouragement going on.

LV I question whether this is the thread for you..... why on earth would you want to hang about with some old birds?

So, for breakfast I had a bit of a yogga thing going on with a spoonful of porridge oats, raisins and grated apple. Ham sandwich for lunch and will be having a small portion of curry and rice with a huge salad for tea. I finished the rest of my graze box today too. Have had about 5 cups of coffee and I have shovelled a home made biscuit down .

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 22/07/2010 14:33

Bella, you are right as always.

Right, breakfast was, er, a cup of tea.

Lunch was home made soup and a slice of granary.

We are stopping for dinner on the way down to Kent but I will be good.

Have done shred Level 1 and 10 minute pilates belly thing.

I will have to take a pic in the outfit you helped me pick out so you can have a nosy.

I'm guessing De/Fluff's name change is responsible for the accusation of pornography
