I've got an iPhone 5 and the s3 here. The iPhone is a work phone. I reach for the s3 every time. It's definitely broken my live affair with apple.
The s3is much more user friendly. Only phone I'd swap it for would be the note 2.

Honeydragon, JFDI! The S3 is simply miles better than the iphone IMO.

@Pedro. The flipcover will fold back and you can easily hold it in one hand. As for using the phone in one hand......that depends. I can reach most of the screen with my hands and I'm a bloke. Not sure if you will be able to if your hands are smaller than mine. There is one handed mode which puts the keyboard on the left hand side so you can type with one hand but it looks weird and makes the buttons really small for when you do type with both. I don't use it. Swype rocks anyway. If I can't type with both hands then either I shouldn't be using the phone anyway (eg. driving) or I can always use the speech recognition which is very accurate.

I got to play with test a Note II at work the other day - I LOVE the pen thing! It's so beautiful!

I could never own one (I have tiny hands and a propensity to drop things) but they are oh so pretty, and have some pretty nice features, too!

I genuinely can't believe how good the handwriting recognition is on the Note 2 with the S pen. It can read my rubbish scrawly script almost effortlessly.

I don't use Swype - I tried SlideIT and bought that - I don't slide my fingers around and turn off predictive word guesses whenever possible :)

i can get it (via hotmail) to do laptop > phone but not the other way around, which is a bit of an arse.
i was hoping Kies would do all this, but it can't find anything to hook up to when i try it.
