Ooooooo stuck in traffic in car but DH driving us on way home from work - London is a weird mixture of weirdly clear roads and gridlock today………will take cute video of cat 🐈‍⬛ and pic of wine fridge which we filled up at the weekend. We had wine deliveries 🚚 over lockdown …..guilty pleasures …….. celebrity gossip coming up later

I once sat in a Partners meeting in a hotel restaurant overlooking an indoor swimming pool. I got distracted by the sight of Arsene Wenger in his budgie smugglers. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Who remembers Mark(Marc?) Warren from The Hustle? I used to work with him at a market research company when he was starting out. He was nice.

No idea about Darius really. Last saw him when I was 17. He was a bit of a junior lothario but so lovely.

Oooh, I love a good “ famous people I have met” post!
I think I may have an unfair advantage, because of going to a music & drama school - I was there at the same time as Max Beesley (he was a percussionist, not an actor then), Joseph Fiennes (asked my friend out but she turned him down), Ewan McGregor (seemed quite quiet but friendly), and Daniel Craig (we graduated in the same ceremony, so I have a programme with both our names on the same page!)
While I was at college, I was mentioned in The Mirror, because I met Calvin Klein at the launch of Eternity in Harvey Nicks and asked him to sign my jeans. 🤣

I played on Charlotte Church’s first album and still get a royalty payment every so often (I’m talking 2 figures, so not enough to retire on!!)

Here is Darius in my next door neighbour's garden. He was a great friend of hers (she's a composer). We got so excited when we saw him at her house! What a lovely guy... Gone too soon. RIP.
