clotted cream was on the table at breakfast, lunch and dinner when I grew up and granddad always licked the clotted cream spoon we had it on jam and toast for breakfast, on tinned peaches at lunch and picnics we had it on coffee gateua and fruit cake, when we went to the farm we had scones with clotted cream. Hockins ice cream wouldn't be the same without clotted cream on top
