broccoli...

Or, bizarrely, tinned tomatoes are delicious with it!

Poledra · 01/04/2010 16:38

Salad.
Broccoli
Chips

mynaughtylittlesister · 01/04/2010 16:38

Crusty bread, although we only ever have it as a snack meal not an actual dinner.

Gloria42 · 01/04/2010 16:39

I like to mix in some fried onions, mushrooms, or what ever veg I have in the fridge.
In fact that's what I'm having tonight for dinner

HeadFairy · 01/04/2010 16:40

I've often done it alongside some kind of meat, roast chicken usually. Leg of chicken, spoonful of mac and cheese, portion of greens... yum!

Guadalupe · 01/04/2010 16:41

Salad or veg, maybe some bread.

Sariska · 01/04/2010 16:41

Ratatouille (made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, courgettes, aubergine and peppers). 'tis yummy!

castille · 01/04/2010 16:43

Green salad, or tomato salad?

coldtits · 01/04/2010 16:59

Of course, if you're going to be a guts, you could serve it with roasted gammon....

CoupleofKooks · 01/04/2010 16:59

lots and lots of veg

thighsmadeofcheddar · 01/04/2010 17:00

Salad. Lots of tomatoes and leaves.

AnzoneioBanderas · 01/04/2010 17:00

oh i think tis a dull kids meal

AvadaKedavra · 01/04/2010 17:02

Garlic bread or baked beans. Sometimes mix in some peas and sweetcorn and ham/chicken though in which case it's on it's own.

silverwoodhelpdesk · 01/04/2010 17:03

Sauvignon Blanc.

AllAboutFace · 01/04/2010 17:06

Bacon.....definitely bacon.
Or meatballs and cherry tomatoes strewn throughout. Yum.
I'm hungry now!

janeite · 01/04/2010 17:07

I like it with some fried mushrooms and a slad with a sharp mustardy dressing. But dd1 won't eat it so we hardly ever have it.

GetOrfMoiLand · 01/04/2010 17:11

Crispy bacon.

Hardly ever make it to be honest.

AvadaKedavra · 01/04/2010 17:21

I changed my mind, I want Silverwoodhelpdesk's mac & cheese

blametheparents · 01/04/2010 17:25

Broccoli

GoodnightNobody · 01/04/2010 17:26

sausages/ greens.

Snorbs · 01/04/2010 17:39

Green salad, tomatoes, lots of pepper.

SixtyFootDoll · 01/04/2010 17:40

pancetta

and tomato ketchup.

DS's love it, I find it too bland.

BendyBob · 01/04/2010 17:44

Garlic bread could be good.

I put curry powder in the cheese sauce on mine, otherwise I agree it's bland. Curry and cheese are good together!

JoeyBettany · 01/04/2010 17:45

peas or salad

lillybloom · 01/04/2010 17:45

salad leaves and paprika.
