This week we have;

Moussaka
Beef in red wine (done in the slow cooker)
Leek and bacon pasta bake
Toad in the hole
Beef wellington
Chilli with nachos and salad
Chicken and veg pie (with the left over roast chicken from yesterday)
Omelette and salad.

I know there aren't 9 days in the week, I've just got a few bits to use up so have planned until I next need to shop.

CarolineDean · 01/03/2010 14:10

mmmm, I love cooking, it chills me out when I get home from work so do everything from scratch.

You can cheat and buy ready made puff pastry etc if time is a problem.
Bloody thread has made me hungry now, off to the shop for lunch even though I was supposed to be on a lean day..... (have half a stone to lose)
