Please what is your child's favourite sandwich filling???

Healthy or unhealthy

How many of them like marmite?

If so do you spread it thin {like me, scraped on then off again sort of thing} or thicker {like DH does, like other spreads}?

Do they like Bovril?

How often would they have it?

What about Jam, what is their favourite flavour and how often would they have it?

DO they have salad in their sandwich, ie lettuce and tomato?

Smoked salmon and anything.

Or jam.

I used to have sugar on bread too

Ds1-cheese and salad cream. He would eat this everyday of the year for breakfast, lunch an dinner if I let him, The boy is obsessed with it.
I vary it with ham and cheese or philadelpia spread.

Ds2-Mackeral, tuna and mayo, chocolate spread(usually has this for breakfsat)

Ds3-Not overly keen on any sandwich but will eat all of the above separately, I give it to him with Krisp rolls as it's the bread part of the sandwich he doesn't like.

Ds1 doesn't liek Jam, Ds2 will only eat Marmalade on toast and Ds3 has only ever had 2 jam sarnies in his life so I'm not sure whether he'd like them or not now.

Salad tends to be hit and miss, sometimes they will, sometimes they won't. Except for Ds2 who would rather stick pins in his eyes that eat anything from the salad draw.

ds1 won't eat any sandwiches (3) but he will eat crackers and cheese and a small bowl of salad on the side consisting of tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. ds2 only 1 so maybe he will be more sandwich friendly! some of these ideas are great though.

eldest ds 15 eats mayo sandwiches he is addicted to mayo - i reckon it must have some nutrient in that he needs.

tomato butties yum

no bovril
no marmite - why? becuase its wrong
tuna mayo - especially in pittas with salad they love love love it
