sausages (cut in half lengthways), mashed potato, apple (sliced) onion (finely chopped) and stock = sausage, apple (bramley or other tart apple) and onion pie- delicious. can use different flavoured sausages to change overall taste of dish.
method
__

Brown sausages in a pan, then cut in half lengthways,
place in bottom of casserole dish,
add a layer of apple. then onion, then apple, then onion.

top with mash.

can add cheese or cream cheese to mash or add in swede or use sweet potato mash instead.

cook for 45 mins in oven,

Its delicious!

Plain yoghurt + curry powder + chicken breasts (marinade them for at least an hour in fridge in mixture of the yog and curry) + peppers and mushrooms/other veg you like = lovely summery 'shashlick'-style kebabs.

Fish + fresh white breadcrumbs + lemon zest + fresh parsley + crushed garlic - mix all ingredients other than fish together and press into top of the fillet of fish, then bake. Really lovely.

'rice + onions + red pepper + chicken + passata'

Bellabear, just add some chorizo and paprika to that and serve with tortilla wraps and natural yoghurt for a yummy jambalaya.
