I'm having salad, cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon and fantastic Polish sourdough bread i found in Tesco.

Tartiflette. Which is a sort of potato bake with layers of potatoes, emmenthal, bacon bits and onions with thyme, in a mix of creme fraiche and milk.

And it is ready now, so I am off to enjoy it.

Sunday Saturday roast, pork, crackling roasties, carrots and cabbage with gravy and home made apple and chilli jelly. Who cares if its snowing outside.

they do excellent range of Polish bread in ASda too, they sourdugh makes the best toast, and they do a great poppyseed bun and cheese bun

we had broccoli and stilton soup and beef casserole and dumplings, i had a cooking frenzy today

I once made my own sourdough bread, spent weeks cultivating and feeding 'the mother'

i rad about making sourdough bread, closed the book and walked away !!

made the soup, casserole, chilli and two types of thai chicken broth today. am wiped out !!

sourdough bread, lightly toasted, with salted butter and a poached egg is the nicest light supper i know
