I spent almost 30 years thinking I didn't like cheese and have realized over the last year that that isn't true at all I just don't like chedder.

I'm gutted since discovering sheeps cheese that I've been missing out for so long !

What's your favourite ?

fnah at Balletrose. You're just not a proper turophile are you. I can tell.

I had to look up turophile, but I do actually like lots of different cheeses, am a regular at our local cheese shop and I have never eaten Primula or Cheese Strings Smile

Oooh, for the days when I lived near a cheese shop. I'm in Southampton, the food desert of the South. We do have a Asda in town though.....

Am desperately searching on Waitrosedeliver for that small flat french cheese that comes in a small box with straw. Waitrosedeliver are crap for finding things!

I had to google "cheeselover" to find turophile. Had to ignore a few of the websites that threw up though.

Medium mature cheddar - I don't agree that it's rubbery, you just have to get a really good one! How can you make a good macaroni cheese with no cheddar?! Wink

Also love feta, brie, cornish yarg, cottage cheese, cream cheese and that pei de anglais (sp)... hate blue cheeses though.
