In this warm balmy weather I need some inspiration!

Tonight we are having roast chicken, salad and pitta breads with coleslaw and cous cous.

I have made a jelly with red berries in it for pud.

How about you?

DD ate at her friend's house.

Me and DH have had baked salmon with a cucumber and dill sauce, served with buttered new potatoes.

I had hot smoked salmon with broad beans,garden peas and pasta with olive oil, garlic and chili.

Lamb and spinach tagine with a lovely glass of red.
