I did chicken red thai curry with sugar snaps and rice - easy and yummy

Now we all have kids we usually have friends round in the day and it's either BBQ or roast chicken and salad in the summer and joint and trimmings or bangers and mash in the winter.

On the rare occasion we do have a proper grown up meal I usually do an Indian banquet as it can be prepared in advance.

cookielove · 20/06/2009 22:01
