My Mum had one from the war rationing but I don't think I brought it with me when I left home, shame!

I bought a new one recently. Yes CarGirl, still has recipe for Melting Moments.

You can buy these from the c0-op (99p). They are brilliant - all basic storecupboard ingredients.

I got one after reminiscing about the Almond Rounds and being pointed in the direction of the website my a MNer.

I was given one as a wedding present.....it's long outlasted the marriage!

I can recommend the highlander biscuit recipe - dead easy and they are delicious

I have my DH's - it was his mum's and I think dates to the early 1970s. Still reliable for things like yorkshire pudding quantities...
