Roast pork with lots of crackling, crunchy roast potatoes, brocolli, carrots, cauliflower and steaming hot gravy. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

'Mustardy crust' is probably overstating it a bit but what I do is make up a sort of paste with mustard (I've got a lovely tarragon one atm which works really well), crushed garlic, olive oil etc and smoosh a nice thick layer over the chop. Then char-grill in a ridged pan with a big splosh of white wine and squeeze some lemon over the top at the end. Mmmmmmmm.

Dh is going shopping up the west end on the way home from work so DD and DSs are having sausage,chips and beans and I'm MNing rather than eating.

A big splosh of wine makes an appearance in most of my recipes. In fact I'm beginning to think tonight's lemon syrup cake might be improved by it too

I'm having buttery mash with green beans and minted lamb chops, DH is having steak instead of chops. I get the feeling that we'll be living on mash as DH has recently acquired a new spud ricer and is gagging for opportunities to use it
