And dim sum^ in a real Chinese restaurant.

Lobster
Shrimp

thumbwitch · 04/01/2009 00:59

oysters, corned beef, tongue, porkpie jelly, semolina, cod's roe, fried eggwhite.

Foods I would never consider trying in the first place:
tripe, jellied eels, brawn, most other jellied savouries (apart from salmon in aspic but I scrape the aspic off), anything that might form part of a bush-tucker trial.

Man juice? [boak]

I am suprised so many people hate celery - I love it! So crunchy...

Liver, it's gross.

GreenGables · 04/01/2009 01:47

Margarine. It tastes like solid cooking oil!
...Butter, however, I LOVE!

AndISayHey · 04/01/2009 01:58

Milk (or anything that faintly tastes/smells/looks like it: rice pudding, most cheeses, vanilla ice cream, coconut rice, custard, cream, butter - most dairy products basically!)
Fennel
Celeriac
Lamb
Steak and kidney pie (awwwwful)
Melon (luuuurve watermelon though!)
Turnips
Boiled potatoes (fried and very roasted ok)
Rosemary
Plain chocolate bars (can't be bothered unless they have some sort of filling that makes them not taste like chocolate iyswim)
Oily and greasy foods
Fizzy drinks
Pickled herring
Avocado (the horrible feeling/aftertaste at the back of my tongue is just not worth it)
Yams
Egg yolk in boiled/poached/fried eggs
Cashews and brazil nuts

Tinned meats and jellied eels - never tried them and never will.

RoseOfTheOrient · 04/01/2009 02:40
