What type of G&B's is it? I once ate a whole 100g bar of Maya Gold in an evening and my heart was racing, it was very uncomfortable. I always have some in the fridge and eat it in little chunks. I don't have milk chocolate anymore, but when I used to have it I would finish the bar the same day I started it, I just couldn't resist.
I hardly ever have more than two glasses of wine anymore, in fact that's all it really takes to get me tipsy these days. I often have to pour wine down the sink because it's been open too long. I should really freeze it and use it for cooking a la Nigella.
