fishermans pie

hi does anyone have a recipe for fishermans pie. My ds thought it would be fun to defrost loads of fish so need to use it today.

I gently poach the fish in milk with a bay leaf and black peppercorns. Then use the cooking milk to make a white sauce. Add peas/prawns/parsley etc if required. Then top with mashed potato and heat through in oven.

i thought it was something like that ive just never done it but ive really got to use that fish up
