Whats wrong with tinned food? Absolutely nothing. More food snobbery I fear!

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 12/03/2008 18:49

Theres nothing wrong with tinned food, it all depends what is in the tin.

s it bad to admit that my Kidney Beans, mandarins & peaches are "Economy" tins?

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 12/03/2008 18:56

There's very little difference, if any. Just as 'economy' apples are the ones that simply won't look so pretty placed in a plastic tray.

I used the last tin of baked beans up tonight because we had egg, chips and beans for tea. Back to meatloaf and organic potatoes and leafy greens tomorrow assuming I get off my backside and go get the meatloaf I made last week out of the freezer.
