I didn't do your one, I did a thai red one with salmon and prawns, I had some of the decent red curry paste in the fridge and felt lazy. Did you put yours onto the recipe section? Do and I will be able to find it and do it in the future.

I did it Cod - it was nice.

i am using a great nigella one that i've adapted atm - basically thai red curry paste, fish sauce, coconut milk, stock. then choose your protein & veg. tonight's will be tofu, aubergine & spinach.

you can get skinny versions of c milk (well, you can in london ). and i reckon virtuous veg cancels fat out (yes, i am deluded).

Ooooh yes I do a lovely one with coconut milk, lemongrass, chilli and ginger. It's a Gordon Ramsey one. I think my dh prefers yours tho' Cod 'cos it's hotter.
