Homemade pizza
Veg stews with peanut butter mixed in (very nice)
Wraps with refried beans, salsa, avocado etc.
Grilled haloumi cheese with honey glaze...good in a bun with roasted veg and pickles
Stir fry veg with toasted nuts
Lots of warm new potato salads with cooked veg or salad stuff and dressings
