Oh, and I'm pretty much a teetotaller carmenere, so lots of spare points for me

Well that is fab so you will be able to have lots of treats. Do you like meat? My current fave is beef jerky which is about 2 points for a pack but it is lovely and feels like a treat iyswim.

DH does....it looks a bit minging really! But I may try some if you say it's okay

0 point tomato soup

2 onions, chopped
2 x 440g tins chopped tomatoes
2 yellow peppers, chopped
3 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
30g mushrooms, chopped
salt and pepper
glove garlic, chopped
low fat cooking spray

spray saucepan with the spray. Gently cook the onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic to soften, add the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins.
