I mean really.

I feel so full and so happy and just want to be able to eat more.

Had roast chicken stuffed under the skin with lemon zest and juice, orange zest and butter.

Amazing crispy spuds and parsnips, just perfect fluffiness and crispiness.

Buttered / sugared carrots, so bad but sooooo good.

Cauliflower cheese, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Peas

Gravy.

Nothing major, but just beautiful.

I bloody love roast dinners, bloody love them

Do you think if I ate and ate and ate this baby might come out through lack of room?

I agree-thye are real "feel good" food.

We went out for lunch today with some vey good friends to a restaurant run by a "TV chef".
Between us we had the most delicious roasts with all the trimmings-beef,chicken,lamb and pork.
Becasue I am greedy,I had crackling with my salt marcs lamb but was bloody fab and no clearing up!

TC-eating thi sbaby out sounds like afab idea!

Twiglett · 23/09/2007 21:09

yes TC it has been medically proven that one can in fact eat a baby out

but I think you need Haagen Dasz cookie dough for that

Think I'll be sick if I eat the apple crumble and custard and not getting the feeling this baby is coming tonight.

Going to try some butterscotch Green & Blacks though

Maybe a Green & Blacks hot chocolate drink to take to bed to watch Hot Fuzz DVD.
