OK, my salad normally consists of lettace, spring onion, cucumber, grated carrot and grated cheese with a little light salad cream.
I think its about time i tried something new. I don't like tomatoes though. Or tuna/fishy stuff!
TIA

i love the bags of rocket, watercress and spinach, normally with tuna, cucumber, small bit of colslaw and sweet chilli sauce drizzled over the top, into a lunch box and eaten at work

My latest invention is croutons made of little cubes of chorizo. I cut the chorizo into cubes, toss in olive oil and then fritz for 10 minutes in a hot oven. You can make regular croutons the same way at the same time and they soak but the chorizo juices and are ummmmmmmmmmmmmm
